Welcome to Golden Vacation Resort India Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, holiday membership programmes, resort services, travel services, promotional offers and related facilities.

By accessing our website or purchasing, using or participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any amendments published by the Company from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision, you should discontinue using the website and services.

The website and its content are provided for lawful and genuine purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Provide false, misleading or incomplete information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
• Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.

Membership benefits are subject to the membership plan purchased by the Member and the terms stated in the applicable membership agreement.

Membership may include access to participating resorts, hotels, destinations, holiday accommodations and other benefits as specified in the Member's plan. Availability of accommodation is subject to advance reservation and applicable booking conditions.

All bookings must be made through the Company's authorised booking channels. A reservation is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the Company or its authorised service provider.

The Company does not guarantee availability for any particular destination, resort, room category or travel date unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking. The Company may request appropriate identification or membership documents before providing services. Members are responsible for keeping their registered contact information current.

Membership fees, booking charges, taxes, maintenance charges, service charges and other applicable amounts must be paid according to the selected membership plan and applicable agreement. All applicable government taxes and statutory charges may be payable in addition to advertised prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund requests will be governed by the Company's applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, membership agreement and applicable law.

Any applicable administrative, service, booking, cancellation, tax or third-party charges may be deducted where permitted under the relevant policy or agreement.

Members and guests must comply with the rules and policies of the resort, hotel or accommodation provider. The Company may refuse or restrict services where a Member or guest engages in misconduct, damages property, violates safety requirements or breaches applicable resort rules.

Some services may be provided by independent hotels, resorts, airlines, transport operators, activity providers or other third parties. Such services may be subject to the third party's own terms, policies and restrictions. The Company will facilitate such services in accordance with the applicable arrangements and to the extent permitted by law.

Promotional offers, discounts, complimentary benefits and special packages may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, availability and additional terms. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers subject to applicable law and contractual commitments.

All intellectual property appearing on our website or in Company materials—including logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, videos, written content, designs and software—is owned by or licensed to Golden Vacation Resort India Private Limited. No material may be reproduced, modified, distributed, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

The Company may periodically update its website, services, destinations, participating properties, membership benefits, policies or promotional programmes. Where a change affects an existing contractual entitlement, the Company will act in accordance with the applicable membership agreement and law.

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, war, civil disturbances, strikes, transportation disruptions, technical failures or actions of third-party providers, subject to applicable law.

Information provided by Members and website users will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of third-party services, travel interruptions or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Members are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully while using Company or partner services. Any fraudulent activity, misuse of membership, unauthorised transfer, abusive behaviour or material breach of applicable terms may result in suspension or termination of membership, subject to the membership agreement and applicable law.

The Company may suspend or terminate access to website services or membership benefits where permitted by the applicable agreement or law, including in circumstances involving fraud, misuse, non-payment or material breach of terms.
